Welcome to Centered with Agi (Zinnia & Oak LLC)! By accessing or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or participating in my yoga or English classes, memberships, coaching sessions, workshops, courses, or any other offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

I offer yoga classes, English classes, memberships, coaching sessions, workshops, and courses both in-person and online. My services are intended for educational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical or psychological advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate in my services.

4. Payments, Currency, and Refunds

All payments must be made in full before accessing any paid services.
Payments are processed in US Dollars or Hungarian Forints when offered. International clients may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and additional fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
Yoga memberships, coaching sessions, English classes and courses are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Live workshop and course fees may be refundable if canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
Pre-recorded workshops and courses are non-refundable.
I reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to existing clients.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Yoga classes: Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
Coaching sessions and English classes: Must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for a refund. To reschedule, reach out to me directly: support@centeredwithagi.com
Workshops and events: No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
All cancellation and rescheduling deadlines are based on Mountain Time (MT) – [Standard Time (MST) or Daylight Time (MDT) as applicable] unless otherwise stated.

6. Health Disclaimer and Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that yoga and coaching involve physical and mental activity and accept full responsibility for your health and safety.
You agree to consult with a physician before starting any physical activity if you have any concerns.
I am not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in my services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, PDFs, courses, and materials, are the property of Centered with Agi (Zinnia & Oak LLC).
You may not distribute, copy, or resell any content without written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without consent. See my Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Code of Conduct

Respectful communication and behavior are expected in all classes and sessions.
I reserve the right to terminate services for anyone engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

10. International Clients & Taxes

Clients outside the United States may be subject to value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other local taxes based on their country’s laws. I do not collect or remit these taxes on your behalf. It is your responsibility to comply with any applicable tax regulations in your jurisdiction.

I am not responsible for any additional transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or taxes imposed by your local bank, government, or payment provider.

11. Modifications to Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Utah, USA. However, international clients may have additional rights under their local consumer protection laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Draper, Utah.
