What kind of yoga do you teach?
I offer a blend of yoga styles designed to support real-life needs – like improving posture, relieving back and neck pain, and reducing stress. Classes are gentle, accessible, and focus on mind-body awareness, mobility, and sustainable growth.
Do I need to be flexible or experienced to join?
Not at all! My classes are beginner-friendly and adaptable for all levels. Whether you’re brand new or returning to the mat after a break, you’ll feel supported.
What if I have an injury or a medical condition?
Please let me know before class so I can offer modifications and ensure a safe practice. Always consult your doctor before starting a new exercise routine – and listen to your body.
Are the classes spiritual or religious?
My approach is rooted in mindfulness and self-awareness, but it’s not religious. All beliefs (or none at all) are welcome. I focus on helping you feel more connected, grounded, and empowered in your body and life.
How do I join a class?
Choose a class listing (Energizing Monday Flow or Restorative Friday Flow), click on More Details, and from there you can head to the registration page. You are invited to create an account (or proceed as a guest), and follow the instructions.
The classes are really free. If you can't or don't want to donate, just put $0.00 at checkout.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.
Once you’ve done this the first time, signing in for future classes is quick and easy.
If you get stuck at any point, feel free to reach out – I’m happy to help!
What should I have for class?
You’ll just need a stable internet connection, a yoga mat and a quiet space. Optional: a blanket, block, or pillow for extra support. Come as you are – no fancy gear required.
What if I can’t attend live classes?
Donation based free participation is live only.
I do record all classes (but nobody else is visible, only me) – To access the replays you need to have a Standard or Premium Membership. Members can practice anytime, anywhere, and they get access to pre-recorded yoga and meditation videos as well. The media library is continuously growing!
I have a busy schedule – how can I stay consistent?
That’s exactly why I keep classes short and effective! With 30-minute free sessions and/or access to recordings in the memberships, you can fit movement into your life without stress or overwhelm. Even once a week makes a difference.
Can I gift a membership to someone else?
Yes! Gifting a membership is a beautiful way to support someone’s wellness journey. Reach out to me directly and I’ll help you set it up.
I live outside the U.S. – can I still join?
Yes! All of my offerings are virtual and open to international clients. You’re welcome here, no matter where you live.
What time are the classes, and how do I convert that to my time zone?
Classes are scheduled in Mountain Time (MT) but you can see your local time using my website when registering.
I tried to schedule them so that most time zones could participate live.
If you can’t make it live, please purchase a membership to watch replays and access other recordings.
In the descriptions, I use my local time. You can use a time zone converter like timeanddate.com or timebie.com to see what time that is where you are.
Do you accept international payments?
Yes! All prices are listed in USD, and international credit/debit cards are accepted. Your card provider will handle the currency conversion automatically.
Is the class language beginner-friendly if English isn’t my first language?
Absolutely. I teach in simple English with visual demonstrations and modifications for all levels. You don't need to be fluent to follow along and feel supported. I have an accent too. 😀
Do you offer workshops or courses?
Yes! I offer pre-recorded and live workshops on topics like posture, back & neck pain relief, and life balance. Keep an eye on my offerings or sign up for my email list to be the first to know.

What is coaching, and how can it help me?
Coaching is a guided process that helps you gain clarity, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change in your life. I focus on the mind-body connection, supporting you in feeling more centered, confident, and aligned with your true self.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that supports you make meaningful shifts in your life – whether you're navigating change, moving through grief, or working toward greater wellbeing. It’s about creating space to reflect, reconnect with your values, and take intentional steps toward the life you want to build.
While therapy often focuses on healing the past or treating mental health conditions, coaching is more about where you are now and where you want to go.
That said, I have a Master’s in Psychology, so my coaching is grounded in evidence-based understanding of behavior and change, while still being accessible, personal, and practical.
Coaching is a great complement to therapy but not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
What kinds of things can we work on?
Coaching can support you in many areas of life, including:
Clarity in times of uncertainty or change
Managing stress, self-doubt, or emotional fatigue
Shifting patterns in relationships or boundaries
Exploring purpose, values, and meaningful direction in career changes or life transitions
Grief and loss – whether recent or long-held
Building habits and routines that support your physical and mental well-being
If something’s feeling “off” and you’re not sure what you need – that’s okay too. We can explore it together.
What happens in a coaching session?
Each session is a conversation tailored to your needs. We’ll explore your challenges, uncover insights, and develop practical steps – whether you're seeking clarity, growth, healing, or simply a space to feel supported.
Sessions may also include mindfulness exercises, breathwork, or guided visualization.
Are the coaching sessions confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Everything you share in coaching is private and confidential. This is your space to be real, without judgment.
The only exception is if there’s a concern about serious harm to yourself or someone else. In that case, I may need to take appropriate steps to ensure safety, in line with ethical coaching practices.
How do I book a session or buy a package?
Just head to the booking page and choose a time that works for you, create an account and follow the instructions. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link (in case you booked an online appointment).
Once you’ve done this the first time, signing in for future sessions is quick and easy.
If you decided to buy a package, just follow the instructions. To access your package: login

If you get stuck at any point, feel free to reach out – I’m happy to help!
Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
Once you book, I’ll send you a short intake form. This gives you a chance to reflect on what’s going on and what you'd like support with – but there's no pressure to have it all figured out. Just show up as you are.
How often should I schedule sessions?
That depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. I suggest planning for weekly sessions, as they tend to work best for most people. However, some people book a couple of single sessions to gain clarity on a specific issue. Others prefer ongoing support – whether multiple times a week or every few weeks.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach – we’ll find a rhythm that works for you.
Where do you offer in-person coaching?
I offer in-person life, grief, and wellness coaching in Salt Lake City, Draper, and Riverton (Utah, USA). Check out my offerings here. Meet me in a park or at a coffee shop.

What’s the difference between a workshop and a course?
Workshops are typically one-time, deep-dive sessions focused on a specific topic (like posture or stress relief). Courses are multi-part experiences that guide you through a longer journey with step-by-step content, exercises, and support along the way.
Do I need any experience to join?
Nope! All levels are welcome. Whether you're new to self-development or yoga, or you've been on this path for a while, you'll find tools you can use right away.
Are the sessions live or pre-recorded?
It depends on the offering. Some workshops are live with time for Q&A, while others are pre-recorded so you can go at your own pace. Course details will always include this info so you know what to expect.
What if I can’t attend live?
No worries! For any live workshops, a recording will be available for everyone who registers, usually within 24 hours.
How long will I have access to the materials?
Most workshops include at least 30 days of access to the recording.
Courses usually offer lifetime access unless otherwise stated, so you can revisit the material anytime you need a refresh.
Do I need any special equipment?
For yoga-based workshops and courses, a mat and space to move are great. Sometimes a block, strap, or pillow can help, but alternatives from home usually work just fine. Any special suggestions will be shared ahead of time.
How do I access the workshop or course after I register?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with all the details – where to log in, what to bring, and how to make the most of it. Everything is designed to be simple and stress-free.
Will I be able to ask questions or get support?
Yes! Live workshops include Q&A time, but you can always reach out to me with questions about other workshop or course materials as well.
Can I sign up even if I’m not in the U.S.?
Yes! All workshops and courses are held virtually, so you can join from anywhere in the world. All you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection.
Do you accept international payments?
Yes! All prices are listed in USD, and international credit/debit cards are accepted. Your card provider will handle the currency conversion automatically.
Can I gift workshops and/or courses to someone else?
