Alongside her workshops and 1:1 life, grief, and wellness coaching – now available both online and in-person in Utah – Agi offers free live yoga classes on Zoom every Monday and Friday to serve the community, welcoming students from all over the world. Her yoga membership provides a deeper level of care, with consistent practices designed to help you feel more at home in your body and mind.
